The Details
Our central communication center handles all the paperwork, monitors the progress of the transaction and follows up to insure you are guess work free. This efficient system enables International Relocation to maintain proper control of the paperwork, assures quality service and provides increased closing rates.

Marketing the Network?
Definitely! At International we've invested in the development of marketing materials that have been tested for your success and your results. Joining The Network
Prospective Brokers are interviewed by an International Marketing Representative to determine eligibility and qualifications for network membership. Prior to the representative meeting with the office we qualify the office, they must be a Realtor, they must belong to the MLS, and must be a corporation in good standing. In this way International insures that homeowners and member brokers can be confident that all members maintain the highest standards that International requires to participate.

Acceptance into the network is based on the recommendations of the Marketing Representative and the Corporate consulting team. This procedure enables International Relocation to assure consistent quality control throughout the network.

Lee Goodman - Chief Executive Officer
Mr. Goodman maintains chief responsibility of International Relocation Services corporate development and direction. He began his work as a builder and developer in the Northeast as a result he has strong understanding of the real estate marketplace. His success as a developer and his knowledge of residential real estate led to an alliance between Century21 and Mr. Goodman to develop marketing of the franchise in the Northeastern United States.

Mr. Goodman's desire to remain at the forefront of services and organizational commitment is a quality found throughout the International Relocation Services staff.

Rhoda Pearson
From the beginning Mr. Goodman leaned on Mrs. Pearson's attention to detail and steadfast dedication to customer service while developing International Relocation Services. It is no surprise that as President, Mrs. Pearson continues to oversee the daily operations, functions, activities and development programs with this same attention. Mrs. Pearson has a keen eye for industry changes, trends and methodology, that have allowed International Relocation Services to continue to prosper.
