"I have been affiliated with International Relocation Services since 2000. My motivation to join was to be able to refer with confidence to other agents. I started Moller Realty Group in 1998. Prior to my affiliation with International Relo I had occasion to refer clients to agents that I choose off of the Internet. My experience was not positive. Lack of follow up was the biggest problem.  When International Relo approached me I was open to trying them based on my research, like you are doing now on what they offered. I have placed approximately 39 referrals with International Relo and 37 of those closed. My follow up with clients has been very positive and I get reports from my clients of the excellent level of service they have received from other agents and Brokers affiliated with International Relo. In the eight years of my association with International Relo there has been only one exception to this. I referred a client to International Relo who had a son attending University in Phoenix, AZ. For some reason, the receiving agent did not call my client for two days. By then my client had made contact with another agent in Phoenix and purchased through that agent. When I learned about this I called International Relocation Services and complained.

International Relo apologized and advised me they would terminate that agent from their affiliation. They explained they had zero tolerance for tardy follow up. It did not replace the referral fee that I lost but it did show me that International Relo’s commitment to speedy follow up by their member agents. I did not fault International Relo but I did fault the receiving agent in Phoenix, AZ.

I have received 11 referrals from International Relo…I closed 9 of those and the others choose not to live in the areas. That is nine more sales than I would have had if I did not belong to International Relo.

I use International Relo as a listing tool. On my first visit with the seller or sellers I ask I they plan on buying a home in the area they are moving to. If they say yes, I explain my association with International Relo and that I can refer them with confidence. That has helped me get listings. Offering to help them select an agent is one less thing they have to deal with in their move, which is stressful enough. If they trust you they will trust your referral and International Relo has shown they are trustworthy.

Finally, I think the fact that I have made more money each year through my association with International Relo is the acid test. I have tried other Internet based referral systems and they are not trustworthy like International Relo is.
